Benefits Consulting Group works as an extension of businesses human resource department and employee benefits broker. We communicate, educate and enroll employees in their employees benefits program at their annual open enrollment and then do the same for new hires and life event changes throughout the year.  We communicate, educate and enroll all benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary benefits such as Accicent, Cancer and Critical Illness plans, along with Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Flexible Spending Accounts and any other company perks provided for the employees such as identity theft or prepaid legal plans.

We also communicate to the employee how much their benefits cost their employer so they will appreciate the true value of the benefits package offered.  Many times an employee will change jobs for a $25 per week raise only to find out the benefits offered at the new company are not as good and cost more than the $25 per week raise!  

We conduct our employee meetings in person, by telephone call center or virtually through a system much like Zoom or Teams where the employee can see the benefits counselor and the computer screen for a better communication environment.

 We provide an enrollment system, use the current broker’s enrollment system or enroll the employees on the employer’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
